ProductsStemming from an award-winning design, Consolidare is our job management system for Technical Surveillance Units. The record keeping requirement for these units is extremely complex but Consolidare tracks the requests made, work done, equipment, authorities, risk assessment…the list is comprehensive. The reporting functions within the software provide the TSU Manager with everything they need to provide to management about jobs done, hours worked and service level performance. Consolidare is used by a number of forces and varies in use from a stand-alone system employing an Access database to a system employing a SQL Server database serving dozens of workstations force-wide. We have designed and implemented several products allowing clients to collect data whilst out and about whilst visiting clients of their own. Systems such as this are typically designed to allow data collection on either a PDA or a smartphone. One example of such a system was for Health and Safety auditing. The user used to take typically six hours to produce a report for their client. We reduced this time to under six minutes – quite a saving. Further developments of this type are currently underway.
